Rewriting perception beyond body
dysmorphia
A month-long guided experience designed to
support a gentler, more connected relationship
with your body and reflection. This work is for
those who feel disconnected from what they
see, caught in patterns of comparison, or self-
monitoring, or uncertain about how to feel at
home within themselves.
Through somatic practices, nervous-system
support, and guided perception work, we begin
to soften the distance between how the body
feels and how it is perceived. The focus is not
on changing your appearance, but on
strengthening your ability to recognize yourself
from within- so beauty, reflection, and self
recognition can feel safer and more natural.
Weekly guided sessions, personalized somatic
practices, and integration support are designed
to create lasting shifts in body perception and
self-relationship.
Over the course of the month, the intention
is to move away from constant self-surveillance
and toward deeper embodiment- so the body
feels calmer, the mirror carries less charge, and
your own perception becomes more grounded
and trustworthy.
This offering is not psychotherapy, diagnosis,
or treatment for body dysmorphic disorder. It is
a somatic and education experience focused
on body awareness, perception, and self-
connection.
